About Us

We are Agus and Emi, perhaps you already know us from Alfonsina Pastelería de Diseño, if we don't tell you... We are a couple who, 11 years ago, decided to venture into the sweet world of designer pastries.

Alfonsina led us to explore tons of options over the years and embrace them all. It started as a business of sweet boxes and breakfasts, it took us to our own tea house and pastry shop, it transformed into a pastry shop where design is everything and being able to take it to sugar both in decorated cakes and petit pieces.

From that first day, until today, we love creating and we never stop doing it, there is always a new idea and thousands of questions about how to make it happen.

We enjoy the small moments of every day and make them special. We think that each pastry order, as a moment, is later transformed into a treasure and a special memory, it is our intention to make it a memory with magic and sparkles.

This year we decided to expand our Sweet Universe and bring a new proposal from what we love to do and what we know best. Our line of MUY ALFON multiemboss cutters and stamps were created 100% by ourselves, it is a collection with its own seal created by pastry chefs for pastry chefs.
